We all walk around with masks all day hiding our true emotions and try to go about our business as usual! There is a stigma in our society about sharing anything to do with depression, sadness, anxiety like mental conditions. internally we are dealing with this issues on daily basis and never share it with anyone!! the stress that's building up inside has to come out somehow and that's when you start seeing skin and health issues!!
